Hi, my name is Jaime, and with Frias Food Coaching I helped over 400 athletes (recreational and pro’s) to get fitter and gain confidence with fueling but also by optimizing their daily nutrition.
I offer 1 on 1 nutrition coaching where I guide people to their specific goals with personalized nutrition advice. Beside coaching, developing recipes and cooking for groups are one of my biggest passions, where I try to combine flavours with hitting great nutritional values.
As being a diehard marathonrunner and cyclist myself I know how athletes think and what topic is the greatest importance for them: performance.
